It seems that our society has become more stressed and
It’s due to their work, for this reason some people decide to do exercise in
order to reduce It. Although not everyone thinks the same.
On
the one hand people practice sports because many of them work in banks,
offices… and they don’t move, so exercise helps them to be in fit. Moreover,
they do that because they have got a lot of free time and playing sports like
tennis, football, even to going jogging are a good way to waste time.
On
the other hand, It’s true that when people feel stressed, playing sport can
help them to forget their worries because they switch off.
Some
people say, however, that not only doing exercise stress is reduced, there are
many other ways like reading a book or listening music.
In
conclusion, if people weren’t work hardly, they wouldn’t be so stressed. But in
this case all of the activities we said before will help to calm them.
Personally, I prefer to go with my friends or to talk with someone.
